Issues:

In managing the CK06 project, Pablo Katz wanted to make it a “manifesto for contemporary residential architecture”. This town house, which is located in Paris’s 20th. district, was to be fitted out in compliance with environmental and architectural standards. The project manager therefore chose unfinished materials (concrete, metal, wood and glass) and efficient equipment consuming little energy, etc.

ACOME solution:

The Eco-Thermacome and Vivracome underfloor heating solutions met the architect’s specifications perfectly and integrate extremely well into the CK06 project. Eco-Thermacome provides the required environmental and thermal levels of performance. The architectural, comfort-related and performance requirements were met by installing a Vivracome slimline, lightweight system between the house’s floors.
