Transparency and visibility are fundamental to ACOME. Ever since its creation, the company has encouraged internal dialogue. By enabling all employees to have their say in the company’s running, ACOME ensures that everyone involved in the company can prepare for forthcoming events.

   

The management voice

ACOME’s partners receive a biannual newsletter providing them with the latest news on the company:

  • Turnover,
  • Corporate changes,
  • Development,
  • Creation of ACOME subsidiaries,
  • Results of the latest votes, etc.

All subjects are covered to ensure that everyone involved in the company has maximum visibility of its operations.

The employee-partners’ voice

As dialogue lies behind every exchange, the company’s employee-partners can also have their say in its development. This is demonstrated at the daily level by the production cells in operation in each plant. Suggestion areas for employees and partners enable them to actively participate in continuously improving working conditions within the company.

On a larger scale, the company’s partners have a right to vote at annual general meetings. They influence company policy through their choice of representatives in the board of directors, which appoints the company chairman.
