By signing the Worldwide Pact, ACOME is merely confirming the social values to which it has always adhered. As a Cooperative Production Company (Société Coopérative de Production - SCOP), ACOME’s values of commitment, excellence, solidarity and respect are maintained in its corporate policy by each generation of management.

Coordination and communication

In 2000, ACOME introduced an industrial organisation based on production cells to provide clear unit management and ideal conditions for ensuring cost, quality and lead-time efficiency, environmental protection and safety. There is an employee information point within each production zone. These points provide effective team communication and coordination.

New management procedures and a suitable organisational model were introduced in 2006. To improve efficiency, the employee-partners and the production cell manager are informed daily of the production cell’s current performance in terms of quality, cost, lead-times, safety, the environment, the production line’s current status, deadlines to be met, etc. This transparency ensures collective involvement and, ultimately, the company’s productivity.
