ACOME sells its THERMACOME subsidiary to THERMADOR GROUPE
The ACOME Group has concluded the sale to THERMADOR Groupe of 100% of the shares of its subsidiary THERMACOME, which specializes in the design, thermal engineering and marketing of sanitary water distribution systems and thermal comfort for buildings.
Historical leader in the floor heating market, THERMACOME has technical design, standardization, thermal engineering and technical assistance (thermal engineering office) expertise, complementary to that of PBtub - a subsidiary of THERMADOR Group - both in terms of customers than at the market level.
In 2019 THERMACOME achieved a turnover of € 19.4 million.
The project, finalized today, maintains jobs and the THERMACOME Saint-James site. It gives the company the opportunity to pursue its development projects and its ambition to become a benchmark on the French market.
The ACOME Group will maintain a close link with the new entity, thanks to the establishment of a close partnership for the supply of crosslinked polyethylene tubes manufactured at its industrial site in Romagny-Fontenay (department of Manche, France).
