Facing challenges head-on

To contribute to ACOME’s performance and support our transformations, we need multidisciplinary teams that are mobilised behind our challenges. We offer our employees the opportunity to develop their expertise while supporting the Group's development projects.

Sharing strong values

In line with the Group's values (commitment, excellence, solidarity and respect), our human resources policy aims to develop skills, social performance and quality of life at work.

ACOME is the largest cooperative and participatory company (French: SCOP) in France. A model of corporate democracy, all SCOP employees become co-operators by owning share capital.

Each shareholder may exercise his or her voting rights at the General Meeting according to the principle "1 person = 1 vote", regardless of the number of shares held. Employees work under a strategic vision, with participatory and collective practices and shared values.

We base our identity on the values of the SCOP and the importance of the individual. To this end, we make sure that our parent company’s values are honoured while letting subsidiaries remain agile.

Flourishing

ACOME considers that quality of work life is an essential factor for efficiency. Employee satisfaction is measured and analysed through an annual survey at its sites in France. For the other sites, ACOME upholds its cooperative and humanist values and strives to promote best practices in human resource management.

Accession to the 2005 UN Global Compact was an opportunity to reaffirm its commitment to respect human rights at work, the environment, and business ethics.
