Commitments and responsibilities

A globe-spanning approach to certification and commitments
ACOME's corporate social responsibility is at the heart of our "SCOP" status, our values and our ambitions as a Group. This responsibility is deeply rooted in our strategy and our everyday actions, both in France and in our subsidiaries.

Global management of performance and quality

Quality, HSE and performance are based on the same continuous improvement approach, which is certified ISO 9001 & IATF 16949 (Quality), ISO 14001 (Environment) and OHSAS 18001 (Health and Safety at Work).

All ACOME industrial sites around the world are certified ISO 9001 or IATF 16949 and ISO 14001. The Group's quality policy aims to ensure the same quality standards for all our customers on all four continents. It is based on three main commitments: customer satisfaction, process control and the pursuit of operational excellence on a daily basis.

The Authorised Economic Operator (AEO) certification complements ACOME's quality management system in France and secures export operations.

CSR management and strategic areas of focus

To improve its CSR performance, ACOME conducted a materiality analysis in 2018 and identified its main challenges. This evaluation makes it possible to take into account the social and environmental issues faced by an essentially cooperative manufacturer operating on four continents.

The group has thus identified four priorities:

• Putting employees at the heart of the system;

• Being a reliable and efficient industrial company;

• Being attentive and at the service of its customers and partners;

• Providing a responsible offer to reduce the environmental footprint of its products.

Created in 2006, the CSR Committee monitors CSR action plans. Composed of ten members representing the Group's various functions and businesses, it meets once every quarter.
